Ich biete mein möbliertes Zimmer vom 15.07 bis 16.08.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem "selbstgebauten" Schreibtisch und vielen Kommoden/Regalen ausgestattet (s. Fotos).
Das Zimmer ist recht groß (ca. 20 Quadratmeter) und hat ein großes Fenster zur Straße hin.
Ich habe eine kleine Puzzlesammlung, die im Zimmer gelassen werden kann, falls du daran interessiert bist ;) Ansonsten lagere ich meine Sachen woanders, so dass du Platz für deine eigenen Sachen hast.
Das Haus hat eine große Küche mit einem Tisch und Stühlen und hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Der Kühlschrank ist auch ziemlich groß, so dass es genug Platz für die Sachen von allen gibt. Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und eine Toilette (WC). Ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer gibt es leider nicht, aber für Spieleabende und gemeinsame Mahlzeiten landen wir immer in der Küche.

I'm offering my furnished room in the timeframe July/August for short time rent. Exact dates are flexible!
The room is furnished with a bed, a self-made desk and lots of dressers/shelves (see photos).
The room is quite big (aprox. 20 square meters) and has a big window facing the street.
I have a small collection of puzzles that can be left in the room in case you're interested in that ;) Otherwise I'll store my things somewhere else, so you'll have space for your own things.
The house has a big kitchen with a table and chairs and has everything necessary for cooking. The fridge is also pretty big, so there's enough space for everyone's things. We have a bathroom with a bath and washing machine and a lavatory (toilet). Unfortunately there's no communal living room, but we always end up in the kitchen for game nights and meals together.
Von uns aus sind es mit dem Fahrrad noch 5 Minuten bis zum Königsforst.
Hier ist es fast etwas dörflich/ländlich mit Feldern, dem Wald und einem Baggerloch um die Ecke.
Wir haben hier zum Einkaufen alles, was mensch braucht: REWE / gute Bäckerei / DM / Bioladen.
Du brauchst zur Haltestelle schnellen Schrittes 6 Minuten und bist dann mit der Linie 9 in 13 Minuten in Köln/Deutz und in 19 Minuten am Neumarkt.
Wir haben hier auch den Flughafen und eine Autobahn in Hörweite.

We live in a quiet area but still quite well connected to the public transportation. It takes 6 minutes to get to the tram stop (line 9) and from there it takes 13 minutes to Köln/Deutz and 19 minutes to Neumarkt.
There are a lot of fields in the area and also a small lake. We're very close to Königsforst for those who enjoy walking/hiking in the woods. ;)
Close by we have a Rewe, DM, Bioladen, Kodi, post office and many bakeries.
We're also very close to the airport and the autobahn.
Momentan wohne ich (Barbara) mit Erasmus und David zusammen. Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Kommunikation und die Grenzen des anderen, daher wäre es toll, wenn du eine offene und kommunikative Person bist. Wie viel Zeit du mit den Mitbewohnern verbringst, bleibt natürlich dir überlassen! Wir sind aber auch generell offen dafür, miteinander über unsere Tage und unser Leben zu reden.

At the moment I (Barbara) live with Erasmus and David. We value communication and each other's boundaries a lot, so it'd be great if you're an open and communicative person. The amount of time you spend with the other residents is of course up to you! But we're also in general open to talking with each other about our days and lives.
