WG in Refrath sucht ein neues Mitbewohni :)

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, 3 Minuten von der Haltestelle Lustheide entfernt, von wo man mit der Linie 1 in 15 min. Deutz und in 20 min. in der der Kölner Innenstadt ist. Wenn die Bahnen fahren ist die Anbindung also super, es ist aber schon auch ein Stück außerhalb, das heißt du solltest Lust auf ein Leben am Stadtrand haben. Im Ausgleich dafür ist der Königsforst ist direkt um die Ecke, wir sind also sehr schnell im Grünen und in 20 min. mit dem Fahrrad am See :)

The house is located in a quiet residential area, 3 minutes from the Lustheide stop, from where you can take line 1 to Deutz in 15 minutes and to Cologne city centre in 20 minutes. When the trams are running, the connections are great, but it is also a bit out of the way, which means you should feel like living on the outskirts of the city. On the other hand, the Königsforst is just around the corner, so we can be in the countryside very quickly and at the lake in 20 minutes by bike :)

Wir, das sind Venja (-), Marcel (er), Sergiu (er), Lici (sie), Thea (sie), Elena (sie) und Sarah(sie) sind alle um die 30 und gehen unterschiedlichsten Formen der Lohnarbeit nach und nebenher noch vielen anderen Dingen.
Wir freuen uns auf eine Person die Lust hat den Ort hier mit zu beleben und sich ein Zuhause hier aufzubauen, sich aufeinander zu beziehen, aber auch das eigene Leben zu leben.

Im Moment wird hier gern gemeinsam gekocht und gegessen, im Garten oder in Gemeinschaftsräumen abgehangen, auf Konzerte gegangen, sauniert, Musik gemacht, Filme geguckt, Spiele gespielt oder über Politik, Kunst und vieles mehr diskutiert. Neben diesen vielen gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten ist uns die Möglichkeit nach Ruhe und Rückzug natürlich auch wichtig. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Essenskasse, machen Großbestellung beim Biohandel und essen meist vegetarisch und auch viel vegan. Bei den Finanzen versuchen wir solidarisch mit Mieten und anderen Beiträgen umzugehen und machen dafür 1-2 mal im Jahr Finanzplenum. Ansonsten plenieren wir regelmäßig alle zwei Wochen, wobei es uns sehr wichtig ist neben Orga-Kram auch emotional einzuchecken und uns gegenseitig auf dem Schirm zu haben.
Wir wünschen uns von Mitbewohnis, dass sie Lust haben sich in das Haus und die WG einzubringen und auch ihren Lebensmittelpunkt hier in der Gegend haben, also nicht regelmäßig mehrere Monate am Stück abwesend sind.
Wir freuen uns insbesondere über Queers, wichtig ist uns mindestens ein Bewusstsein für, bzw. Auseinandersetzung mit queeren Themen. Und ist bewusst, dass wir als bisher großenteils cis-identifizierte Gruppe hier keinen kompletten safer space bieten können, aber wünschen uns sehr diesen gemeinsam weiter aufzubauen. Wir wünschen uns darüber hinaus einen bewussten Umgang mit den eigenen Privilegien und Awareness in der gegenseitigen Kommunikation und im Umgang mit Carearbeit.

We, that is Venja (they), Marcel (he), Sergiu (he), Lici (she), Elena (she),Thea (she) and Sarah (she) are all around 30 and do various forms of paid work and many other things on the side. We are looking forward to a person who wants to liven up the place and build a home here, interact with each other, but also live their own lives.

At the moment, we like to cook and eat together, hang out in the garden or in the common rooms, go to concerts, take a sauna, play music, watch films, play games or discuss politics, art and much more. In addition to these many communal activities, the opportunity for quiet and retreat is of course also important to us. We have a common food bank, order in bulk from organic food shops and eat mostly vegetarian and also a lot of vegan food. As far as finances are concerned, we try to show solidarity with rents and other contributions and hold financial plenums 1-2 times a year. Apart from that, we have regular plenaries every fortnight, whereby it is very important for us to check in emotionally as well as organising things and to have each other on our radar.

We would like new people to have the desire to get involved in the house and the shared flat and to have their centre of life in the area, i.e. not to be on the road and be regularly absent for extended periods of time.
We are especially happy about queers, it is important for us to have at least an awareness of, or engagement with queer issues. And we are aware that we, as a mostly cis-identified group, cannot offer a complete safer space here, but we would very much like to continue to build one together. We also wish for a conscious handling of our own privileges and awareness in mutual communication and in dealing with care work.

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir uns zu einem persönlichen Kennenlernen hier treffen könnten. Falls derzeit nur ein online treffen möglich ist, bekommen wir das auch organisiert. Die Form ist uns egal, aber da es uns wichtig ist, dass Menschen unseren Text gelesen haben und sich ein Zusammenleben in dieser Art vorstellen können, werden wir nur Anfragen beantworten, die ein bisschen darauf eingehen.
