Liebe Zimmersuchende,
da ich den März in Portugal verbringen werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer unter. Es befindet sich in einer ca. 70qm großen Dachgeschosswohnung in der Nähe des Zoos. Highlight unserer Wohnung ist die ca. 25qm große Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer hat ein 1,60 großes Bett und einen Schreibtisch zum arbeiten.

as I will be staying in Portugal in March, I'm renting out my room for this month. The room is part of a ca. 70 qm big apartment with a 25qm terrace. It is located close to the Zoo. The room is fully furnished with a 1.60 bed and a desk in case you need to work.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Riehl, in der Nähe des Zoos. Riehl ist ein grüner und ruhiger Stadtteil Kölns. Die Bahnstation Boltensternstraße ist fußläufig erreichbar und man erreicht den Hauptbahnhof in weniger als 10 Minuten. Nippes ist wenige Straßen entfernt und der Rhein ebenso.
The apartment is located in Riehl, close to the Zoo. It is a green and quiet district. The next train station is called Boltensternstraße and you can reach the main station in less than 10 minutes. Nippes (a nice district with lots of cafes and bars) is also a couple of streets away and easily reachable by bike.
Wir (Annika und Piyush) sind eine Berufstätigen-WG. Da Annika ihr Zimmer untervermietet, würdest du dir die Wohnung mit Piyush teilen. Er kommt aus Indien, ist ein sehr freundlicher und kommunikativer Mitbewohner der sehr, sehr gut kochen kann. Da Piyush leider noch Deutsch lernt, müsstest du in jedem Fall Englisch sprechen können.
We (Annika and Piyush) are full-time working people that share an apartment. As Annika is sub-renting, you would be living with Piyush, who is a very nice and chatty roommate that loves to cook amazing food. Since Piyush just started learning German, you would have to communicate in English.
Nach wem suchen wir?
Nach einer sehr zuverlässigen Person, der Annika ihren Schlüssel anvertrauen kann. Egal ob Männlein oder Weiblein, das Alter ist auch zweitrangig. Eventuell bist du auf Wohnungssuche und möchtest irgendwo in einer schönen Wohnung unterkommen um entspannter suchen zu können? Dann wäre dies perfekt. Ausländer sind bei uns offensichtlich auch willkommen.
Bitte erzähl uns ein wenig von dir, wo du herkommst, du so machst? Damit wir uns einen ersten Eindruck machen können bevor wir dich einladen.
