Hallöchen! Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in Köln Bezirk Rodenkirchen (30 Minuten von der kölner Innenstadt entfernt) in einem schönen Haus mit Garten, einem großen Wohnzimmer und zwei Badezimmern. Die Bushaltestelle ist 1 Minute zu Fuß und 2 Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke und die Bäckerei ist gleich Gegenüber. Das Haus wird mit 3 anderen Personen geteilt.
Das Zimmer hat einen Schrank, Schreibtisch und ist auf der ersten Etage des Hauses.
Der Mietvertrag wäre erstmal auf 6 Monate befristet, mit der Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung wenn es gut läuft.

Hello there! I am renting a room in Cologne Bezirk Rodenkirchen(30 minutes from the city center) in a beautiful house with a garden, a large living room and two bathrooms. The bus stop is 1 minute walk and 2 supermarkets are just around the corner and the bakery is just opposite. The house is shared with 3 other people.
Room has a closet, desk and is on the first floor of the house.
Rent limited to 6 months but with the possibility of extension if things go well.
Gute Busanbindung: der Bus 132 und 131 sind 100 Meter zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Zwei Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke: ein Netto und ein Rewe, die Bäckerei ist gegenüber vom Haus
Es gibt auch eine Post, Apotheke und Restaurants direkt im Ort. Der forstbotanische Garten ist auch nicht weit.
Ruhige Lage und doch sehr Zentral: Innstadt ist 30 Minuten entfernt.

There is also a post office, pharmacy and restaurants in the village. The botanical garden is not far either. Calm surrounding but still very central and 30 minutes from the city center.
Familienatmosphäre garantiert. Wir suchen jemand, der gut zu uns passt. Sauber & entspannt.
Aktuell wohnt ein 25 Jähriger, ein 21 Jähriger Student der im Juli ausziehen wird und ich (32 jährige) im Haus. Wir sind super entspannt und freuen uns auf eine(n) weiteren Mitbewohner.
