Hello,
We’re looking for someone to take on a room in our lovely apartment in Sülz, as our flatmate is moving out.
We have a huge kitchen (including a dishwasher), a living room with a great couch + TV and a spacious bathroom with shower and a bathtub (+window to our little garden). We have a shared yard where you can store your bike. Another patio, our garden, is only used by our WG.
The room has a window out to the bike yard which is very quiet.
Our flat is located in Sülz, we’re close to the lines 18 (15 min to mainstation) and 9 (to the old city center), as well as a 5-10 mins cycling from Köln Süd. The neighborhood is lovely - there are lots of supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Close by i the Beethovenpark and the Decksteiner Weiher for being in nature.
Your two flatmates would be Katherine (27) and Sarah (25). The room is free from 01.09.
Katherine is British but has lived in Cologne for many years. She work in Market Research in Düsseldorf. She likes to go out, travel and to cook.
It's important for us that the person that takes over is clean, tidy and has an open mind. We will be setting up a new cleaning schedule, so that everyone does their bit!
Preferably applications from people who have a stable regular income/salary enough to cover rent and eventual expenses (see doc list below).
+ points if you’re interested in helping take care of the garden too :)
We renovated the flat (painting, lamps, furniture, vacuum cleaner) and I would like to get 200 EUR for that. If you are interested in a height adjustable small desk or the wardrobe with the clothes rack we can talk about it.
