Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß, wobei alles wichtige reinpasst. Die Wohnung liegt zwar Hochpaterre ist aber ein Hinterhaus sodass an dem Fenster niemand vorbei läuft. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert! Vorhanden ist ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch (ohne Stuhl) ein ganzkörper Spiegel, eine Kleiderstange und eine Komode. Ich habe dazu einen Schrank reingestellt, der in dem Zimmer locker platz findet. Es ist sogar Bettzeug vorhanden.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist unschlagbar. Die Station Wayertal ist direkt vor der Haustür. Von dort aus ist man in 10 minuten am Neumarkt und in 4 minuten am Zülpicherpatz.
Die WG an sich liegt in Sülz. In Laufnähe sind sehr sehr viele Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.
Hier leben Simon und Leonie. Simon studiert Geowissenschaften. Er interessiert sich für Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit und geht gerne abends aus und spielt Basketball.
Leonie arbeitet im Versicherungswesen und studiert nebenbei an der TH business and risikomanagment. Wenn sie in Köln ist geht sie oft zum Sport (über USC) und unternimmt gerne was mit Freunden. Am Wochenende fährt sie oft nach Hause wo sie reitet :)
Die Wohnung an sich ist mit allem ausgestattet, Geschirr, Spülmaschiene, Wasmaschiene, Trockner. Es gibt einen Fahrradstellplatz im Innenhof.
