Zum 1. Juni zieht mein aktueller Mitbewohner mit seiner Freundin zusammen, weshalb nun 1 Zimmer in einer gemütlichen 2 Zimmerwohnung im ruhigen Sülz frei wird.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer eine moderne Küche und ein sehr kleines Badezimmer. Auch wenn es nicht direkt den Anschein macht, lässt es sich in der wann auch duschen.
Dein Zimmer ist zu einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, in der nur zu Stoßzeiten mal mehr los ist. Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und man bekommt von diesen in deinem Zimmer gar nichts mit.
Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil, wo du noch Sachen abstellen kannst.
Das Zimmer würde ich gerne für 12 Monate bis Juni 2025 untervermieten, da ich ab dann die Wohnung komplett alleine nutzen möchte. +/- 1,2 Monate länger oder kürzer sind dann aber auch kein Problem bis du etwas neues gefunden hast :)
The room is available from the 1st of June in cozy Sülz. The apartment has 2 rooms, 1 modern kitchen which can be used as a common seating area and 1 bathroom which is small, but does all that is needed.
Your room is on the street side. The street is very quiet, as are the neighbors.
There is a basement room, where you can put some of your stuff.
I'd like to sublet the room for 12 months until June 2025 and then use the whole apartment for myself. To stay +/- 1,2 months more or less is not a problem until you find something new :)
Die WG liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße unweit der nächsten KVB Haltestelle der Linie 18. Auch die nächsten Supermärkte und alle anderen Geschäfte sind schnell fußläufig oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
Das Haus, die Nachbarschaft und Sülz generell sind ruhig und gemütlich.
Der Beethovenpark, Klettenbergpark und auch der Vorgebirgspark sind von der Wohnung schnell zu erreichen und auch im Univiertel ist man schnell.
Der nächste größere Bahnhof ist der Bahnhof Süd, der auch gut erreichbar ist.
The flat is in a very quiet street near the next tram station (Line 18) which takes you downtown in 10 minutes. Grocery stores and all other kind of stores and restaurants are all walking distance.
The building, and the neighborhood is very chilled and quiet and has a cozy vibe to it.
Beethovenpark, Klettenbergpark, Vorgebirgspark and University area is all walking and biking distance.
The next big train stop is Köln Süd, which is close by biking or with the tram.
Mein Name ist Benedikt und ich wohne seit einem Jahr in dieser Wohnung. Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und studiere soziale Arbeit im dualen Studium. Dazu arbeite ich in einer Wohneinrichtung für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Dort arbeite ich in Schichtdienst, was bedeutet, dass ich mal früh aus dem Haus bin und mal spät wieder da und häufig auch an den Wochenenden arbeite.
Bisher war das WG leben hier sehr entspannt und freundschaftlich. Schön wäre, wenn man sich freundschaftlich begegnet und gerne was miteinander unternehmen kann, aber auch jeder problemlos sein eigenes Ding machen kann.
Die WG war bisher keine Party WG, sondern eher ein Rückzugsort von der Arbeit und zum lernen, wobei Gäste natürlich auch kein Problem sind, es sollte sich natürlich nur alles im normalen Rahmen bewegen.

With my former flatmate the shared flat was really chilled and friendly. We would chat in the kitchen sometimes do stuff together but it was also okay to not see each other or do things together for a while.
It's not a flat to party a lot, but to relax and study. It's not a problem at all to have friends over but it's important to also take care of each other and not to disturb each other's peace of mind.

In der Miete sind alle Kosten (Strom, Gas, Internet, GEZ etc.) mit eingerechnet.
Solltest du ein Auto besitzen, die Parkplatzsuche kann hier etwas länger dauern, es gibt kein Anwohnerparken. Dafür ist das Parken in den Nebenstraßen kostenlos und an Wochenenden und den Ferien kann auch der der Parkplatz der nahegelegenen Schule genutzt werden.
Selbstverständlich sind AFD und sämtliche dazugehörigen und ähnlichen Weltanschauungen und ausgrenzendes Verhalten nicht willkommen

There are no additional costs and everything (heating, energy, Internet etc.) is included in the rent already. Theres Limited parking but if you find a parking space it's free!
