The room is located on the sunny and calm side of the building. Despite being close to the party street, you won't hear any loud noises in the evening. It stays warm in the winter due to the floor heating and cool in the summer because it is on the first floor.

Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der sonnigen und ruhigen Seite des Gebäudes. Trotz der Nähe zur Partymeile wirst du abends keine lauten Geräusche hören. Im Winter bleibt es dank der Fußbodenheizung warm, und im Sommer bleibt es kühl, da es sich im UG befindet.

The location is ideal for students. It is just 10 minutes from the University of Cologne and 4 minutes from the Line 9 train station. Lidl and Netto are only a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and there are plenty of charming cafes nearby. Most importantly, you'll be close to parks and popular party spots. Everything is within walking or biking distance.

Die Lage ist ideal für Studierende. Die Universität zu Köln ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt und der Bahnhof der Linie 9 nur 4 Minuten. Lidl und Netto sind nur 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und es gibt viele charmante Cafés in der Nähe. Am wichtigsten ist, dass du in der Nähe von Parks und beliebten Partyorten bist. Alles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

My roommates are Lukas (German) and Krisi (Bulgarian). They both speak English, so international and ERASMUS students are more than welcome. Both are very respectful of others' private space and expect the same from you as a future subtenant. They don't care about your political views, dietary habits, or personal preferences; they only care if you are a kind and respectful person.
