I leave my WG room in the beautiful Sülz. The room is about 15sqm in size, is rented partly furnished (sick, desk with chair, bed) and has a small kitchenette included. The windows are large and you have a beautiful view of the courtyard. Otherwise there is a large bathroom that you share with 2 people (it is even cleaned 1x a week by the house administration :))) There is also a sweet common room with a sofa corner and a kitchenette.

Ich verlasse schweren Herzens mein WG-Zimmer im schönen Sülz. Das Zimmer ist circa 15qm groß, wird teilmöbliert vermietet (Schrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Bett) und hat eine kleine Küchenzeile inbegriffen. Die Fenster sind groß und man hat einen schönen Blick in den Innenhof. Ansonsten gibt es noch ein großes Bad, das du dir mit 2 Mitbewohnis teilst (es wird sogar 1x pro Woche von der Hausverwaltung geputzt :)) Außerdem gibt es einen sweeten Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer Sofaecke und nochmal einer Küchenzeile.
The location is unbeatable: within a few minutes walk you reach line 9, 13 and 18 and get to university, city center, Ehrenfeld etc. Supermarkets, cafes and the Beethovenpark are also not far away.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar: innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten erreichst du die Linie 9, 13 und 18 und kommst so schnell zur Uni, Innenstadt, Ehrenfeld etc. Auch Supermärkte, Cafés und der Beethovenpark sind nicht weit entfernt.
You will live with 3 super loves cohabitation:
Mahaut is 22 years old and studies dentistry. She's a real home-man and likes to go to her bed. So you can knock on your room almost every day and night time, and it doesn't take long to convince them to a spontaneous movie night or to cook together. If she leaves the house, it goes to Zumba or to a concert. Mahaut speaks well German, but we have usually spoken in a wild mix of languages from German, English and French.
Simon is 25 and currently looking for a new gastrojob. He likes to go to the park with his board, interested in politics and history, or shocked with Friends. He is very thoughtful, rather introverted and enjoys his retreat.
Then there's Carlotta. She's 20, studying organic and working as a tutor. In her spare time she travels with friends, likes to go out or reads a book in the park. On weekends she also sometimes visits her family in Bonn.
We shared a cordial relationship and open communication was very important to everyone. It's always time for a short snack, as well as it's time and again to try for movie or game evenings with delicious food. At the same time, all values are time for themselves. It is therefore a good center between community and purpose-WG.
Du wirst mit 3 super lieben Mitbewohnis zusammenleben:
Mahaut ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert Zahnmedizin. Sie ist ein wahrer Zuhause-Mensch und verkuschelt sich gerne in ihrem Bett. Man kann also zu quasi jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit an ihr Zimmer klopfen und es dauert nicht lange um sie zu einem spontanen Filmabend oder zum gemeinsamen Kochen zu überzeugen. Wenn sie doch mal das Haus verlässt, dann geht es zum Zumba oder auf ein Konzert. Mahaut spricht gut deutsch aber wir haben uns meistens in einem wilden Sprachenmix aus Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch unterhalten.

Wir haben ein herzliches Miteinander geteilt und offene Kommunikation war allen sehr wichtig. Es ist immer Zeit für einen kurzen Schnack, außerdem wird sich immer mal wieder um Film- oder Spielabende bei leckerem Essen bemüht. Gleichzeitig legen alle Wert auf Zeit für sich. Es ist also eine gute Mitte zwischen Gemeinschaftlichem und Zweck-WG.
You could get the room from June 1st.
Monthly rental costs are €453 warm. There are also a few euros for radio and WLAN. In addition, we recently took care of a new hob, for which I would like to have a discount of 30€.

Die monatlichen Mietkosten belaufen sich auf 453€ warm. Dazu kommen noch ein paar Euro für Rundfunk und WLAN. Außerdem haben wir uns erst kürzlich um eine neue Herdplatte gekümmert, dafür hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag von 30€.
