Das freie Zimmer bei uns ist 15qm - hohe Altbaudecken, eigene Küchenzeile, großes helles Fenster zur Straßenseite.
DIE BILDER ZEIGEN EIN ANDERES ZIMMER IN DER WG. VOM AUFBAU IST DAS ZU VERMIETENDE ZIMMER ÄHNLICH. DIE FENSTER SIND ALLERDINGS ECKIG UND NICHT RUND WIE BEIM ZIMMER AUF DEN BILDERN.
Die Wg liegt auf der Zülpicher Straße Höhe Weyertal. Die Bahnanbindungen sind mit 1min Fußweg zur Linie 9 und 8 Minuten zum Bahnhof Süd /Dasselstraße 1a. Alles was man zum Überleben braucht (Apotheke, Lidl, Kaisers, Kiosk, ets. ist in weniger als 5 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Uni Hauptgebäude ist 1 Station weiter, Uniklinik und Bibliothek ebenfalls.
Wir sind zwei Studenten (Lehramt, Medizin), ein Zahntechniker und ein Künstler. Gerne treffen wir uns mal beieinander, quatschen, trinken gemeinsam Kaffee, Bier, Wein und gehen auch gern am Wochenende weg.
Am Besten du lernst uns bei Interesse einfach mal kennen.
