Da es mich vom 01. August bis zum 15. September 2017 für ein Praktikum nach Mauritius zieht, wird für diesen Zeitraum mein WG-Zimmer in Köln-Sülz frei. Das Zimmer besticht durch seine 20 qm und ist komplett möbliert. Ein Schreibtisch zum lernen (wenn man darauf Lust hat), ein Bett zum schlafen (wer hätte es gedacht), ein Schrank und ein Televisionsgerät. Außerdem lebt noch Tilda, meine Zimmerpflanze, mit in deinem Zimmer und zahlreiche Bücher, an denen du dich gerne bedienen darfst. Ansonsten ist der Rest der Wohnung ebenso gut ausgestattet, in der Küche findet man alle Küchengeräte, die man sich nur vorstellen kann (Mama sei Dank), eine Spülmaschine und ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Du wirst dich sicher sehr wohl fühlen, so wie ich es stets auch tue.
Die Miete beträgt für einen Monat 461 Euro. Für den kompletten Zeitraum (also 6 Wochen), sind es 690 Euro, inkl. allem.

I'm going to Mauritius from 1st August till 15th September 2017 and therefore I would like to rent my room in Cologne-Sülz during this time. The room is about 20 sqm and fully furnished. A desk (for learning), a bed to sleep (who would have thought?), a beautiful wardrobe (my beautiful wardrobe) and a television device. There is also Tilda, my little house plant and a collection of books you might read from. The other rooms of the flat are equally stocked with everything you need. In the kitchen you can find as many tools as you can dream of (thank mum), a dishwasher and also a washer for your clothes. I assume you will feel comfortable, just as I always do.
The rent for one month is 461€. For the whole 6 weeks it would be 690€ where everything is included.
Die Wohnung liegt in Köln-Sülz auf der Zülpicher Straße. Die Straßenbahnlinie 9 (Haltestelle Köln-Sülz Universität) erreichst du in 2 min. zu Fuß. Der Südbahnhof ist 10 min. zu Fuß (oder 1 Haltestelle mit der 9) zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Netto und ein paar Meter weiter zu Fuß, ein Rewe, Penny und Real. Verhungern solltet ihr also nicht. Wenn es doch kurz davor ist, befindet sich direkt gegenüber Eddy's Cheeseburger. Die Uni ist außerdem auch nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt und falls du den Cheeseburger direkt absporteln willst, kannst du am Aachener Weiher ein paar Runden drehen. Im Sommer sind die Wiesen rund um den Aachener Weiher außerdem ein beliebter Grill- und Chill-Platz. Alles in Allem ist die Wohnung der perfekte Ausgangsort um Köln zu entdecken.

The flat is situated in Cologne-Sülz on Zülpicher Straße. The tramline 9 (tramstop Köln-Sülz University) is 2 min. by foot and the trainstation (Köln Süd) is 10 min. by foot or 1 tramstop away. You live in close distance to multiple supermarkets, for example Netto, Penny or Rewe. You should not starve. But if you get close to starving you can always hit up Eddy's Cheeseburger on the opposite side of the street. The University is only a 5 min. footwalk and if thats not enough, to get rid of the calories you ate at Eddy's, you can always take a hike at Aachener Weiher (a little pond nearby and a popular place to BBQ or chill in the sun). All in all, the flat is a perfect place to start your Cologne adventure.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit Isabelle (22) und Johanna (23). Johanna studiert an der Uni und Isabelle arbeitet Vollzeit. Die beiden sind sehr offen, gerne für ein Bier oder Wein auf dem Balkon zu haben, oder zeigen dir mit Sicherheit auch super gerne Köln. Falls du aber lieber deine Ruhe haben willst, wissen sie dies zu respektieren.
Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit, haben aber keinen Putzfimmel.

You share the flat with Isabelle (22) and Johanna (23). Johanna is a student at the University and Isabelle works fulltime. Both are open-minded people which are often in the mood for a beer or a wine on the balcony. They would also show you around pretty Cologne. If you need time for yourself just close the door to your room, they will always respect that. We value if our flat is clean, but we don't have a mania for it.
