Die Lage ist top. Das Uni-Center liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Weisshaustr. mit den Linien 18, 142 und 978 zwischen Innenstadt und Sülz auf Höhe des Grüngürtels. Von hier aus sind alle Wege sehr kurz und die Verkehrsanbindung super. Aachener Weiher, Volksgarten, Vorgebirgspark, Beethovenpark und Stadtwald sind von hier mit dem Fahrrad in 5 bis 10 min in sehr nahem Umkreis. Von hier aus kann man fast direkt in den Grüngürtel starten vorbei an der Hauptmensa der Uni an der Zülpicher Str. gelegen, wo man gut feiern und snacken kann. Die Hauptbibliothek an der Universitätsstr. ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ebenso wie die Luxemburger Str., die einen Richtung Klettenberg aus der Stadt bringt in den äußeren Grüngürtel, mit dem Deckensteiner Weiher und Kalscheurer Weiher. In 5 min ist man aber auch an den Ringen in der Innenstadt mit noch besserer Anbindung sowie dem Südbahnhof der Deutschen Bahn und vielen Shopping Möglichkeiten. Ein Rewe und Aldi ist sowieso direkt vor der Tür ebenso wie andere kleine Läden. Einfach perfekt.

The location is awesome. The Uni-Center is located directly at the Weisshaustr. tram stop with the lines 18, 142 and 978 between the inner city centre and Sülz in the very near of the green park belt. From here all distances are very short and the transport connections are excellent. All the parks Aachener Weiher (pond), Volksgarten, Vorgebirgspark, Beethovenpark and Stadtwald (forest) are in reach within 5 to 10 minutes by bike. From here you can start almost directly into the green belt passing the main cafeteria of the university on Zülpicher Str. where you can party and have a snack. The main library on Universitätsstr. is in the immediate vicinity, as is Luxemburger Str., which takes you out of the city in the direction of Klettenberg into the outer green belt, with the Deckensteiner Weiher and Kalscheurer Weiher (little lakes). In 5 min you can also reach the rings in the inner city centre with even better connections as well as the south station of the Deutsche Bahn (trains) and many shopping possibilities. Anyway a Rewe and Aldi supermarket is directly in front of the door as well as other small shops. Simply perfect.

Wir genießen es, eine harmonische WG der offenen Türen zu sein, in der alle etwas voneinander mitbekommen, man sich mal locker anquatschen kann und sich trotzdem niemand gestört fühlt, weil wir aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen. Wir hätten lieber keinen Fernseher in der Wohnung, besser angenehme Musik, so dass man auch in den anderen Räumen bei offenen Türen gut entspannen oder arbeiten kann, während du da bist. Aber mal die Musik aufdrehen, lachend, singend und tanzend durch die Wohnung springen, ist auch sehr willkommen :) Sei ruhig mal für dich wenn du es brauchst, wir lieben es ansonsten, dich offen und präsent zu erleben während wir alle versuchen Fröhlichkeit zu verbreiten - gute Laune ist eben ansteckend und tut gut :)

We enjoy being a harmonious flat share with open doors, where everyone gets to hear about each other, you can chat casually and yet nobody feels disturbed because we show consideration for each other. We would like to avoid having a TV in the apartment - rather pleasant music so that you can relax or work in the other rooms with the doors open while you're there. But turning up the music, jumping laughing, singing and dancing through the apartment is also very welcome :) Just be for yourself if you need to, otherwise we love to see you open and present while we all try to spread cheerfulness - a good mood is contagious and feels amazing :)
