Ecke Weishausstraße, daher trotzdem ruhig, trotz 4-6 min Fußweg zur Bahnlinie 18. Riesiger Balkon zum Chillen (und arbeiten, das WLAN ist top und eine Marquise sorgt ggf. Für Schatten) , auf dem ich dich bitten würde einmal täglich alle Blumen zu Gießen, welche ich auch in der Kaution einschließen würde! 2 superliebe Mitbewohner machen aus der Wohnung ein Zuhause und du darfst alles benutzen was in meinem Zimmer und der Küche steht, Wasserkocher und Waschmaschine inklusive. Um zu beweisen, dass du bis hier her gelesen hast, bitte starte deine Nachricht mit "Halli Hallo".
Huge room in a relatively quiet top location: side street of the Luxemburger at the corner of Weishausstraße, therefore still quiet, despite a 4-6 minute walk to train line 18. Huge balcony to chill out (and work, the WiFi is great and a marquise provides shade if necessary), on which I would ask you once a day To water all the flowers, which I would also include in the deposit! 2 super nice roommates turn the apartment into a home. Washing Mashine is included and the balcony is accessible only from your room. Feel free to use everything in here, 2 desks for work, kettle, bed and huge sofa! To proof, that you read until here please start your request with the words "Halli Hallo".
