Hi, ich suche eine Zwischenmieter:in für mein schönes WG-Zimmer in Köln-Sülz/Klettenberg vom 15 August (15.8) bis 31. Nobember (31.11).
In deinem Zimmer im ersten Stock gibt es alles was du brauchst: Großes Bett, Sofa, Kommode, Schrank, einen voll ausgestatteten Arbeitsplatz mit Docking Station, der sich ideal fürs Homeoffice eignet, einen Balkon mit Tisch und Palettensofa...Auf Wunsch kannst du auch ein Fahrrad von mir nutzen, während Du hier bist.
Wir sind eine 5er-Haus-WG in einer entspannten Wohngegend, und gleichzeitig sehr gut an die Kölner Innenstadt angebunden. Jeder/Jede hat ein eigenes Zimmer, wir teilen aber Küche, Toilette, Bäder sowie Balkon und Terasse. Wenn es passt wird hier oft gechillt, wir kümmern uns um den Garten, trinken was oder grillen.
Unten wohnen Maxi und Pam, im ersten Stock und unter dem Dach wohnen Martin und Enid. Die Mitbewohner:innen sind zwischen 27 und 33 und alle am Anfang des Berufslebens oder Ende des Studiums. Wir sind alle recht unterschiedlich Charatkere, arbeiten in verschiedenen Berufen (von Journalismus über Privatwirtschaft, Medizin, zu Psychotherapie bis Logistik). Es ist ein entspanntes WG-Leben. wir unternehmen abundzu was, kochen, Sport, feiern...Da alle recht viel arbeiten, gibt es es aber auch viele Ruhephasen im WG-Leben.

Hi, I am looking for an interim tenant for my beautiful room in Cologne-Sülz/Klettenberg.
We are a 5-person house-share in a relaxed residential area, and at the same time very well connected to the city center of Cologne. Everyone has his own room, but we share kitchen(s), toilets, bathrooms as well as balcony and terrace.
In your room on the second floor there is everything you need: big bed, sofa, chest of drawers, closet, a fully equipped table with docking station suitable for home office, a balcony with table and pallet sofa...If you wish you can also use a bike of mine while you are here.
Downstairs live Maxi and Pam, on the second floor and under the roof live Martin and Enid. The flatmates:inside are between 27 and 33 and all at the beginning of professional life or end of studies. We are all quite different charatkere, working in different professions (from journalism to private business, medicine, to psychotherapy to logistics). At the same time, we get along pretty well. Corona and common projects - for example in the garden - have welded together ;)
