hey leute,
ich suche für den 23.8-6.9 einen Untermieter für mein Zimmer. Zu der Zeit wohnt ein weiterer Untermieter (22 Jahre, männlich, Psychologie Student) in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Grüngürtel und die Universität ist auch nicht fern. Aldi, Real, Rewe sind alle im Umkreis von 1min Fußweg entfernt.
Ansonsten fährt direkt um die Ecke die 18 zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, alles mit dabei.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller aber auch genug Stellplätze vor der Wohnung.
