Das Zimmer ist in einen Arbeits- und einen Schlafraum unterteilt, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und das Badezimmer werden mit den anderen 2 Mitbewohnern geteilt. Die Küche ist mit einem modernen Herd, Backofen, 2 Kühlschränken, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Außerdem bietet das Wohnzimmer viel Platz für 2 L-förmige Sofas, auf denen man es sich gemütlich machen kann. Es gibt auch einen großen Balkon, um die frische Luft zu genießen.
*** Wichtig: Es fallen Kosten für die Übertragung der Möbel an, einschließlich aller Möbel im Zimmer und 1/3 der Möbel im öffentlichen Bereich. (800+-50€) ***

I am offering a room in the shared apartment in Unterföhring. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe for clothes, a working table with light, shelves, a chair, a double bed and an armchair. The room is separated into a working space and a bedroom, as shown in the pictures. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with the other 2 flatmates. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, kettle, and a dining table. Moreover, the living room provides a large space to hang around on 2 L-shape sofas. There is also a large balcony to enjoy the outside air.
*** Important: There will be a cost of furniture transfer, including all the furniture in the room and 1/3 of the furniture in the public area. (800+-50€) ***
The room is available from 01.06.2024. Only a minimum period of 6 months can be considered. The deposit is a 3-month Rent + Nebenkost, which is 1730 EUR. Only transferring the deposit is considered official. It is also okay to transfer half first and then the other half at a later time.
