Liebe Suchende, in unserer WG in der Vings wird demnächst ein schönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei! Das Zimmer ist mit 26qm sehr geräumig und vollständig möbliert. Es verfügt über ein sehr großes Fenster, sodass es lichtdurchflutet ist.
Zudem haben wir ein Bad mit Dusche, die nach einem stressigen Tag zum entspannen bestens geeignet ist. In deinem Zimmer befindet sich ein großer Tisch, an dem man zusammen essen und den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen kann. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Dein Zimmer kommuniziert mit der Küche. Daher können wir einen Plan erstellen, um Zugang zur Küche zu erhalten.

Dear seeker, in our shared apartment in the city center there will soon be a nice room available for temporary rent! The room is very spacious with 26sqm and fully furnished. It has a very large window, so it is flooded with light.
We also have a bathroom with shower, which is ideal for relaxing after a stressful day. In your room kitchen there is a large table where you can eat together and end the evening with a glass of wine. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.

Geschäfte wie Lidl, DM, Rossmann, Rewe, Biomarkt sind zu Fuß in weniger als 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Fahrt zur Linie 9 in Vingst dauert nur wenige Minuten. Neumarkt ist ca. 20 Minuten mit der U-Bahn entfernt. Parks für Kinder gibt es überall um uns herum und es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend.

Die Wohnung wird manchmal mit Bassma geteilt. Sie ist 30 Jahre alt. Sie geht gerne mit ihren Freunden aus und reist berufsbedingt viel, sodass man die meiste Zeit allein in der Wohnung ist. Ihr Zimmer ist von den Gemeinschaftsräumen und Ihrem Zimmer getrennt (verbunden mit der Küche).
Wenn Bassma dort ist (ca. 1 Woche im Monat), müssen Sie lediglich einen gemeinsamen Plan haben, um morgens und abends für kurze Zeit Zugang zur Küche zu haben.

Flat is shared sometimes with Bassma. She is 30 years old. She likes going out with her friends and travels a lot because of work so most of the time you would be alone in the flat. Her room is separated from the common areas and your room (connected to the kitchen).
The times Bassma is there (around 1 week a month), you will just need to have a common plan to access the kitchen in the morning and night for a short period of time.
