Hallo zusammen,

ab 01.11.23 suche ich eine/n Mitbewohner/in für eine 2er-Berufstätigen-WG in einer schönen, hellen Wohnung mit Balkon und Kellerabteil in Köln Weiden.

Details zur Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 76 m2 groß und verteilt sich auf zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohn- Esszimmer, Küche, Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Dein Zimmer misst ca. 18 m2.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 650 € (inkl. aller Nebenkosten sowie Internet & GEZ; exkl. Strom, Abschlag liegt bisher bei ca. 25 € pro Person).

Die Wohnung ist möbliert (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine etc…).
Die Schlafzimmereinrichtung kann bei Bedarf übernommen bzw. genutzt werden.

Die Wohnung liegt in Weiden, dem schönen Westen der Stadt inkl. super Anbindung zur Straßenbahn und S-Bahn (jeweils ca. 5 min zu Fuß). Für die Autofahrer, auch die Autobahnen A1 und A4 erreichst du schon nach je nur 1,5 Kilometern. Für die „Effze – Fans“, das Stadion ist auch nur wenige Straßenbahnstationen entfernt. Das Rheincenter erreichst du in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, kannst dem Trubel der Stadt aber auch schnell z.B. auf einer schönen ländlichen Laufstrecke / Radstrecke am Stadtrand entfliehen.

Ich Benedict (37) im IT-Vertrieb tätig, bin nur an einzelnen Tagen anwesend, da es sich bei mir um den 2. Wohnsitz handelt, somit hast du die meiste Zeit der Woche die Wohnung für dich allein. Bei Anwesenheit bin ich natürlich für gemeinsame Aktivitäten offen.
