Dein neues Zimmer wird in ruhiger Lage zum Innenhof hinaus liegen. Ab Nachmittag bis Sonnenuntergang bekommst du Sonnenlicht ins Zimmer.
Die Wohnung selbst wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren renoviert, somit ist Küche und Bad noch relativ neu.

Die WG liegt direkt an der Rennbahn und somit an einer wenig stark befahrenen Straße, wer es gerne ruhig mag, ist hier richtig. Fußläufig in ca. 5-10 min erreichst du die Linien 12 + 15, sowie einen Rewe-Center.

Dein neuer Mitbewohner wird Hazem sein, er ist viel arbeiten und unterwegs, ihn wirst du in der Regel nicht so häufig sehen. Daher ist das WG Leben eher entspannt und du kannst mehr für dich sein.

Wenn du also ein entspanntes und ruhiges Zimmer suchst bist du hier richtig. Und auch wenn du mal Freunde zu Besuch hast und es eine kleine Feier geben soll, ist es nach Absprache mit deinem Mitbewohner meist möglich, er sieht das WG Leben auch sehr entspannt.
Ihn wirst du bei der Besichtigung im besten Falle auch direkt kennenlernen.
