Zwischenmiete in vollausgestatteter WG für zwei Monate / Subletting my room in fully equipped WG for two months

Die Wohnung selbst liegt an einem kleinen, grünen Platz mit kaum Verkehr. Die Lage in Zollstock ist fantastisch. Du erreichst alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs innerhalb 2-4 Minuten zu Fuß, darunter ein Aldi, zwei Rewe, ein Lidl, ein türkischer Supermarkt, ein DM, ein Bäcker, mehrere Restaurants, und so weiter. Praktisch um die Ecke ist ein großer Park, dort kann man zB wunderbar spazieren oder sporteln. Die Straßenbahn ist 3 Minuten entfernt und fährt tagsüber alle zehn Minuten, es gibt außerdem mehrere Buslinien. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10 Minuten am Uni-Hauptgebäude.

The apparent is situated at a small, green square with very little traffic. The location within Zollstock is fantastic. You reach all necessary facilities within 2-4 minutes by foot, including an Aldi, two Rewes, a Lidl, a Turkish supermarket, a DM, a baker, several restaurants, and so forth. Right around the corner there is a large park, perfect for walks, running, et cetera. The tram stop is only 3 minutes away, with a tram going every 10 minutes during the day. There are also several bus lines. With a bicycle, you can reach the university main building within 10 minutes.

Die WG hat sich vor ein paar Monaten neu arrangiert, sodass die meisten von uns erst recht kurz zusammen wohnen. Richard (er) ist schon am längsten dabei, hat gerade sein Referendariat fertig und ich habe ihn bisher als entspannten WG-Papa kennengelernt. Er ist derzeit noch im Ausland und kommt in etwa gleichzeitig mit dir wieder in der WG an. Alena (sie) ist auch schon länger dabei, hat schon fast alle Zimmer durchprobiert, engagiert sich neben dem Studium für politische Themen und spielt Handball im Verein. Nils (er) studiert auch, wohnt hier seit etwa zwei Monaten, interessiert sich für Sport und kocht am meisten von uns allen.

Wir wollen keine Zweck-WG sein und legen Wert auf ein harmonisches Miteinander. Unsere Leben sind aber auch alle auch recht busy, sodass wir viel beschäftigt und unterwegs sind, gerade jetzt im Sommer. Es ist auch total okay, sich in sein Zimmer zurückzuziehen. Oft trifft man sich im Flur und in der Küche und quatscht miteinander. Wir organisieren ab und zu gemeinsame Abendessen, bei denen abwechselnd eine*r von uns kocht. Wir haben nichts gegen Geselligkeit und Besuch, sind aber eindeutig keine Party-WG, in der regelmäßig gefeiert wird, sondern mögen es alle eher ruhig.

Putzen und sowas organisieren wir über eine App. Außerdem teilen wir einen gewissen Grundstock an Vorräten miteinander, die wir auf gemeinsame Rechnung einkaufen. Das kostet dich also ab und zu auch ein paar Euro, dafür kannst du dich natürlich an den Vorräten bedienen. Zusätzlich haben alle auch ihren eigenen Kram.

Wichtig: Wir essen alle nahezu immer vegetarisch oder vegan. Wie du dich ernährst ist deine Sache, aber Fleisch im Kühlschrank oder regelmäßiges Kochen von Fleisch stören hier eher.

The WG had rearranged itself a few months ago, this means that most of us haven't been living together for very long. Richard (he/him) has been here the longest, he recently finished his degree and I'd so far describe him as the easy going WG dad. He's currently abroad and will come back around the same time you'd move in. Alena (she/her), a university student, has also been living here for a while, has tried most of the rooms already, volunteers for political issues, and is member of a handball club. Nils (he/him), also a university student, has moved here two months or so ago, he's interested in sports and cooks more often than the rest of us combined.

Our idea is not to merely share housing but to socialize, too. However, all our lives are quite busy and we are out of the house a lot, especially now during summer. It's also totally okay to spend a lot of time in your own room. Usually we run into each other in the hallway or kitchen and have a chat. From time to time we plan a dinner together, taking turns with cooking. It's perfectly fine to have a social life and visitors, however, we're definitely not into regular parties and prefer a calm living environment.

We use an app to organize cleaning and other housework. We also share a basic supply of food and housework stuff for which we split the costs. This would cost you a few Euros from time to time but of course you can also use all the supplies. Everybody still has their own stuff, too.

Important: All of us follow a mostly vegetarian or vegan diet. How you eat is none of my business, but keeping meat in the fridge or regular cooking of meat in the kitchen would be bothersome here.

– Eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt ist NICHT möglich!

– Grund für die Untermiete ist eine zweimonatige Reise. Ich möchte nur für den ganzen Zeitraum vermieten, um die Mietkosten auszugleichen. Ich bin aber beim Beginn und Ende der Mietzeit eventuell um 1-3 Tage und bei der Schlüsselübergabe sowieso flexibel. Ich reise am 27. Oktober ab und komme am 25. Dezember zurück.

– Ich möchte dich am liebsten persönlich kennenlernen. Eventuell würden die anderen Mitbewohnis dazukommen, ich kann aber nicht ganz versprechen, dass wir einen Termin finden, der für alle passt. Du kannst dir das Zimmer natürlich auch anschauen.

– Rassismus, Sexismus, Queerfeindlichkeit, Ableismus und anderen solchen Quatsch lehne ich ab. Ich bin selbst queer und vermiete deshalb gern bevorzugt an andere queers und/oder von anderer Unterdrückung und Diskriminierung betroffene Menschen. Wenn du dich dazuzählst, kannst du das also gerne dazuschreiben, musst du aber nicht.

– City registration is NOT possible!

– I am subletting my room for the duration of my travels. I only want to sublet for the entire two months in order to cover my rent costs. However, I might be slightly flexible regarding the exact beginning and ending of the rent period (+/- 1-3 days) and/or the dates when we exchange keys. I leave on October 27th and come back on December 25th.

– I would prefer meeting you in person. I'll try to organize for the others to join the meeting, but I can't promise that we'll find a day where we all have time. Of course you can have a look at the room beforehand.

– I am strongly against racism, sexism, queer-phobia, ableism and other such bullshit. I am queer myself and therefore preferably sublet to other queers and/or people who experience other kinds of discrimination and oppression. If you consider yourself part of such a group, you can let me know, if you want.
