Das Zimmer welches vermietet werden soll ist ca 9qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster welches auf den Balkon führt. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung 2 weitere Schlafzimmer wo eines die tür zum Balkon hat (genutzt als Durchgang zum Balkon), sowie eine Küche, Flur, Dusche und Toilette (getrennt) und eine Abstellkammer. (nach/in der befristeten zeit würden wir schauen wie das zu dritt passt und ggf.wahrscheinlich würde es auf langfristig hinauslaufen)

!! Im gleichen haus suchen Freunde in einer 2 er Wg ebenfalls eienn dritten mitbewohner also falls ihr freunde habt die ebenfalls suchen und bei euch in die Nähe wollen:)

Die Wohnung liegt in Zollstock nahe der Haltestelle Gottesweg, wo die 12 fährt ( ca 8min )und zur 18bzw 13 sind es zu Fuß ca13min, eine Bushaltestelle (130/134 ca 3min) . Supermarkt, Apotheke, usw sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

In der WG wohnen Falko und Ich (Vivien), wir sind vefreundet und unternehmen gern was zusammen. ( Keine Zweck-WG). n einer unteren Etage wohnen ebenfalls gute Freunde von uns. Wir beide sind am studieren im 3. Semester.
Wenn du fragen hast schreib sie gern und erzähl von dir.

Ggf besteht die Möglichkeit langfristig einzuziehen. In dem falle würde eine Ablösevereinbarung hinzu kommen, dies könnte man wenn es soweit ist weiter besprechen.
