Das Zimmer ist 19 m² groß, hat ein Fenster nach hinten zum Hof heraus, sodass man nicht direkt dem Straßenlärm ausgesetzt ist. Dazu kommt eine große Wohnküche, die von beiden genutzt wird, eine Diele und ein Bad. Mit dem Wohnbereich der geteilt wird sind es insgesamt ca 50 m²
WLAN und GEZ sind in den Kosten ebenfalls bereits integriert
Bahn (Linie 12) fährt direkt vor der Haustür, EInkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, dm etc) im nahen Umkreis (200 m). Sehr nah an der Uni, direkt an der HMKW und ca 10 Minuten zur Fuß von der CBS entfernt.
Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht zum 30.11. aus, und daher suche ich einen Nachfolger/ eine Nachfolgerin!
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Falk, 24, studiere General Management an der CBS und Psychologie an der Fernuni Hagen. Ich bin politisch aktiv und interessiert, lese sehr viel und freue mich über eine*n Mitbewohner*in, mit dem ich mich gut unterhalten und auch mal ein paar Dinge unternehmen kann. Finde es super schwierig sich so kurz in einem Text zu beschreiben, deshalb denke ich am einfachsten ist es, wenn man sich kennen lernt :)
