Die Wohnung liegt am Vorgebigsplatz in Zollstock. Der Park ist nur ein Paar Meter zu Fuß und die 12 ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Haltestellte Gottesweg oder Herthastraße). Zollstock ist ein gemixter Stadtteil mit vielen lieben Menschen! Es ist ruhig und mit dem Rad bist du in 10 Minuten im Trubel in der Südstadt oder dem Zülpicher Platz. Rewe, Aldi, Drogerie und alles was man braucht ist direkt um die Ecke in den Zollstockarkaden.

The apartment is located on Vorgebigsplatz in Zollstock. The park is only a few meters away on foot and the 12 can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot (stop Gottesweg or Herthastraße). Zollstock is a mixed district with lots of lovely people! It's quiet and you can be in the hustle and bustle of Südstadt or Zülpicher Platz in 10 minutes by bike. Rewe, Aldi, drugstore and everything you need is just around the corner in the Zollstockarkaden.

Das Zusammenleben in unserer WG ist sehr entspannt. Wir gehen herzlich, ehrlich und offen miteinander um, lassen uns unsere Freiräume und unternehmen ab und zu etwas zusammen. Oft treffen wir uns spontan in der Küche und erzählen uns von unserem Tag und quatschen über Gott und die Welt. Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan und eine App für die WG-Einkäufe. Bisher waren wir eine vegetarische WG (kochen zuhause kein Fleisch) und geben Acht auf Nachhaltigkeit (Ökostrom, Biogas, Mülltrennung, Putzmittel, recyceltes Klopapier, etc.)

Nun zu uns:
Ich Charlotte Studiere Erneuerbare Energien im Master und werde ab Februar ein Auslandssemester machen und danach noch reisen. Mein Zimmer ist daher mindestens 5 Monate frei und es gibt die Möglichkeit auf 7 Monate zu verlängern. Ich würde mich als sehr ehrlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig beschreiben.
Nicolas arbeitet als Bauzeichner, ist politisch aktiv und engagiert sich für die Verkehrswende und neue Fahrradwege. Er spielt Klavier und ist sehr gesellig, ehrlich und offen und für einen Barbesuch immer zu haben.
Helene ist im Dezember neu in die WG gezogen und macht gerade ein Praktikum. Sie hat Kommunikationswissenschaften in Südtirol studiert und geht gerne wandern und klettern und ist unternehmungslustig.

Wir suchen eine Person, die wie wir nicht in einer Zweck-WG wohnen möchte, sondern eine herzliches und respektvolle Atmosphäre schätzt und zuverlässig und ordentlich ist.

Living together in our shared flat is very relaxed. We are warm, honest and open with each other, give each other our space and occasionally do things together. We often meet spontaneously in the kitchen to talk about our day and chat about God and the world. We have a weekly cleaning plan and an app for grocery shopping. So far, we've been a vegetarian flat share (we don't cook meat at home) and pay attention to sustainability (green electricity, biogas, waste separation, cleaning products, recycled toilet paper, etc.).
Now about us:
Charlotte, I'm studying Renewable Energies for my Master's degree and will be spending a semester abroad from February and then traveling. My room is therefore free for at least 5 months and there is the possibility to extend to 7 months. I would describe myself as very honest, helpful and reliable.
Nicolas works as a draughtsman, is politically active and is committed to the traffic turnaround and new cycle paths. He plays the piano and is very sociable, honest and open and always up for a visit to the bar.
Helene moved into the shared flat in December and is currently doing an internship. She studied communication sciences in South Tyrol and enjoys hiking and climbing and is adventurous.
We are looking for someone who, like us, does not want to live in a functional shared flat, but appreciates a warm and respectful atmosphere and is reliable and tidy.

Wir planen im Moment am Sonntag Nachmittag / Abend zu Casten (gerne persönlich oder per Zoom). Wir freuen uns sehr auf deine Nachricht. Erzähl uns gerne etwas über dich und verrate uns dein Lieblingsessen.
