**Achtung: Nur für die Studenten, die auf der Warteliste der KSTW stehen.
Da ich ausziehe, ist mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim ab 01.06 frei.
Die Warmmiete beträgt nur 230 Euro. Du musst dich unbedingt in Köln immatrikulieren, um berücksichtigt zu werden.
Das Zimmer ist 14,77 qm groß, schon möbliert. Die anteilige Wohnfläche ist 18,72 qm. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Einzelbett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und ein kleines Regal. Ein Ofen und ein Kühlschrank stehen dir auch in der Küche zur Verfügung. Du musst aber nichts mitbringen.
Außerdem musst du deine Kleidung nicht mit der Hand waschen, da drei Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner schon dafür zuständig sind :). Das kannst du einfach mit deiner Studentenkarte bezahlen.
Die WG befindet sich in Zollstock-einem der beliebtesten Stadtteile für Studenten in Köln.
Die Haltestelle Gottesweg ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit den Buslinien 130 und 134 fährst du in ungefähr 10 Minuten zum Hauptgebäude der Universität. Falls du ein Student der humanwissenschaftlichen Fakultät bist, kannst du die Bahnlinie 12 und dann die Linie 1 am Rudolfplatz nehmen.
Viele Supermärkte erreichst du in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß (Rewe: 5 Minuten, Lidl: 9 Minuten, Aldi: 7 Minuten). Tedi, Dm, Rossmann, Apotheken, Bäckereien, Baumarkt… findest du auch in der Nähe der Wohnung.
Ein Mitbewohner wohnt seit 6 Monaten bei seinen Eltern. Deswegen bist du in der WG nur mit zwei anderen Mitbewohnern. Ihr benutzt die Küche, die Toilette und das Badezimmer zusammen.
Schreib mir einfach eine kurze Nachricht und stell dir vor, wenn du dich an mein Zimmer interessierst. Ich werde deine Infos an das Studentenwerk weiterleiten. Ob du mein Zimmer am Ende bekommst, entscheidet sich dann das Studentenwerk.

I'm moving out, so my room in the dormitory will be available from June 1st.
The total rent is only 230 euros. You have to be a student at Cologne University to be able to rent a room in the dormitory.
The room is 14.77 square meters, already furnished. The proportionate living space is 18.72 square meters. It has a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a small shelf. There is also an oven and a refrigerator in the kitchen. In addition, there are three washing machines and a dryer in the washing room :D. You can simply pay for this with your student card.
Flatshare life:
A roommate has been living with his parents for 6 months. That's why you're actually in the shared flat with two other flatmates. You will share the toilet, the kitchen, and the bathroom with your flatmates.
Location:
The flatshare is located in Zollstock - one of the most popular districts for students in Cologne.
The Gottesweg bus stop is a 4-minute walk away. You can take the bus lines 130 and 134 to go to the university. It takes only about 10 minutes.
If you are a student in the human sciences faculty, you can take train line 12 and then line 1 at Rudolfplatz.
You can reach many supermarkets in a few minutes (Rewe: 5 minutes, Lidl: 9 minutes, Aldi: 7 minutes). Tedi, Rossmann, pharmacies, bakeries, and hardware stores are near the apartment.
