Ich vermiete mein Wg-Zimmer bis zum 1.10.21 in Zollstock unter.
Mein Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß und wird möbliert vermietet (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderstange usw.).
Es liegt nach hinten zum Garten hin, der auch mitbenutzt werden kann.
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und kann benutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in Zollstock in der Herthastraße direkt gegenüber von den Zollstock Arkaden. Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, Deichmann usw. sind in 1 Minute Fußläufig zu erreichen. Bis zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle sind es zu Fuß 4 Minuten.
In der gesamten Straße ist das Parken kostenlos.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 21 Jahre alt und ist duale Studentin. Durch ihren dualen Studiengang ist sie immer 1 Woche arbeiten und die nächste Woche hat sie Uni.
Es handelt sich um eine unkomplizierte und freundliche Wg.
Die Wohnung kostet inklusive Nebenkosten 475€. Darin sind Strom, Gas, Internet und GEZ Gebühren enthalten.
Es kommen keine zusätzlichen Kosten auf.
Eine Kaution von 100€ für eventuelle Schäden kommt dazu und wird bei Auszug zurück gezahlt.
