Vorab erstmal: Das Zimmer wird als Untermiete im Monat März vermietet. Nach Absprache gerne schon Ende Februar oder noch Anfang April.
Das gemütliche Zimmer wird wie auf den Bildern überlassen, mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Verstauungsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung besitzt zwei Bäder mit jeweils Dusche, WC und Waschbecken.
Ebenfalls haben wir eine große, tolle, voll ausgestattete Küche.
Die Lage ist wirklich ausgesprochen gut. In ca 3 Minuten bist du an der Haltestelle ‚Pohligstraße‘, an der du mit der U-Bahn in die Innenstadt kommst oder mit dem Bus 142 nach Ehrenfeld oder Uni.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts ebenfalls sehr gute, in 5 min zu Fuß (2-3 mit dem Fahrrad) erreichst du einen großen Real, Aldi, DM, Lidl, Rewe und Netto.
Die WG besteht aus weiteren drei netten Mädels und einen jungen Mann. Wir pflegen ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis und in der Küche wird oft gequatscht.
