Responsible and Friendly Industrial Designer Seeking Room in Cologne, Germany

I pursue my studies here in Cologne, Germany. As a Colombian industrial designer currently pursuing my master's degree, I am eagerly seeking a comfortable, secure, and convenient place to call home during my two-year stay in this lovely city. My preferred date to start is between June 13 and July 13, with a lease for six months at first and then maybe a 1-year lease.

I consider myself a responsible and reliable tenant who always pays rent on time, takes good care of the property, and maintains respectful and friendly relations with landlords, roommates, and neighbors. I don't smoke or engage in any disruptive activity that could disturb the peace of the community. I don't have any pets at the moment, but it would be wonderful if you allowed them, as I wish to have one dog with me within the next year.

I am a sociable and easy-to-get-along-with individual who enjoys meeting new people, exploring new cultures, and participating in activities that contribute to personal and professional growth. I am fluent in Spanish and English and have German friends that are helping me with the process of settling in (in case you don't speak English).
