Search cool roommates for new WG Suche coole/n Mitbewohner/in für neue WG

Hey, I'm Severin and 20 years old. I'm currently looking for a roommate or a roommate for a new Wg from July. The bedroom on the photos would be the room for rent. The rent is not yet quite clear as the additional costs are unclear (gases heating)

About me: I currently study architecture but change to General Management in September. I'm an open and spontaneous guy. Take a lot with friends and open to everything.

What I'm trying to do is not a purpose. I would like you to understand each other well and to take things. However, you should keep privacy. Open communication is with wichitg, so if you get away with it, it's just annoying, just like:) cleanliness in the common rooms, like kitchen and bathroom would be important to adhere to.

Hey, ich bin Severin und 20 Jahre alt. Ich suche aktuell nach einem Mitbewohner oder einer Mitbewohnerin für eine neue Wg ab Juli. Das Schlafzimmer auf den Fotos wäre das Zimmer was zu vermieten ist. Die Miete ist noch nicht ganz klar, da die Nebenkosten unklar sind (Gasetagen Heizung)

Über mich: Ich studiere aktuell Architektur aber wechsel im September zu General Management. Ich bin ein offener und spontaner Typ. Unternehme viel mit Freunden und bin für alles offen.

Was ich mir vorstelle: Auf keinen Fall eine Zweck Wg. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man sich untereinander gut versteht und auch mal Dinge unternimmt. Jedoch sollte man die Privatsphäre einhalten. Offene Kommunikation ist mit wichitg, also wenn dich entwas stört sprich es gerne einfach an, genauso umgekehrt :) Sauberkeit in den gemeinsam Räumen, wie Küche und Bad wäre wichtig einzuhalten.
