2 french software dudes to share a flat

Hi i'm Pierre (25 yo), me and my friend Guillaume (24 yo) are looking for an apartment in Cologne from August. I personally have been living for 8 months already in Cologne on my own apartment near Chlodwigplatz, and my friend is coming in Germany in August to join in my company (2Denker.de). We are now looking to share a flat both of us or join a bigger shared flat.
We are both software engineers and will be working full time near Neumarkt for the next two years.
My German is very basic for now as my work is entirely in English and my friend will be willing to learn it while I will need to continue practicing.
After work I usually spend time doing skateboard ! So the closer from a skatepark I can be, the happier I am.
I also use my weekends to meet with my friends (Swedish, Germans, French) and go visit arround Cologne and countries next to it.
