Herzliche Berufstätigen-WG in zentraler Lage gesucht

Hallo liebe Leute,

Ich suche eine entspannte und herzliche Berufstätigen WG in zentraler Lage (am liebsten nähe Zülpicher Platz, Eigelstein, Agnesviertel, Nippes, Ehrenfeld, Belgisches Viertel). Ich habe insgesamt circa 13 Jahre WG Erfahrung, schätze offene und ehrliche Kommunikation und wohne gerne mit anderen Menschen zusammen. Ich mag tiefsinnige Gespräche, Koch- und Spieleabende genauso wie Blödsinn reden, lachen, trinken, tanzen, Konzerte, Filme, Theater, Clubs, deutschen HipHop, Indie, manchmal auch Elektro, Rock und Pop, ein bisschen Gitarre und Ukulele spielen. Wichtig wäre mir, dass es keine Zweck-WG ist, man ab und zu zusammen kocht, den Abend zusammen verbringt, Filme schaut, aber auch mal Zeit für sich hat. Mir sind Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Rücksichtnahme und Nachhaltigkeit wichtig (wobei ich ab und zu auch Fleisch esse). Ich suche nach einem Zimmer ab 17qm, das in einer gemütlichen Wohnung in zentraler Lage ist. Ich bin 37 Jahre alt, arbeite als Psychotherapeutin in Teilzeit, mache eine Weiterbildung zur Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapeutin, mache gerne Sport, Yoga, treffe gerne Freunde. Insgesamt bin ich glaube ich relativ entspannt, offen und kommunikativ, lache gerne und bin gerne unterwegs, aber manchmal auch gerne Zuhause.

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a warm and friendly flatshare in a central location. After having lived in the UK for two years, I have moved to Cologne at the beginning of 2021 and am now looking for a new home. I have lived in flatshares for roundabout 13 years, value open and honest communication and like living with other people. I like deep and/or political discussions as well as talking nonsense and having a laugh, would like to cook and play boardgames with my flatmates, have drinks, go for drinks, go clubbing, to concerts, the cinema, the theatre, like listening to music (German Hip Hop as well as a lot of random stuff really, pop, rock, indie, sometimes electronic music) as well as playing a bit of guitar and ukulele, singing, dancing, playing a bit of theatre. I would prefer a flatshare that is not just about sharing the bills but also living together, cooking together, spending an evening drinking/watching films or series/going out together but where you also have time for yourself. I like cleanliness, tidiness and consideration of each others' needs as well as sustainability (although I occasionally eat meat). I am looking for a room that is at least 17 square meters in a cozy flat in a central area (preferably Agnesviertel, Nippes or Ehrenfeld). I am 37 years old, work part-time as a psychotherapist and am training as a child- and adolescent therapist. In my free time I like to do sports, Yoga, meet friends, watch films. All in all I think I am quite relaxed, open and talkative, like to laugh and be out and about as well as a couch potatoe at times. If that sound like a good fit, I would love to hear from you:)
