Required- Accomodation for single female student near University of Cologne (0 - 30 min travelling time), upto 350€ warm rent

Hey! I am an international student from India (23 years old, female). I am looking for accomodation for 1 person. I am an open minded, helpful, kind and outgoing person. I am simple and straightforward in nature. I am a non-smoker although I dont mind anyone else smoking. I have had an experience of staying in hostel for 5 years while persuing my initial education and hence I adjust very well with different living conditions and roommates.
I require a furnished place with kitchen upto 350€ warm rent. I come from a middle class family and my stay in Germany is funded by an educational loan hence saving money is a top priority. It would be very helpful to find an accomodation close to Universität zu Köln. I am already here in Köln and currently living with a friend in Rodenkirchen. I urgently need a space with possible registration. I can come and meet up to dicuss the offers.
