Da ich im Juni und Juli nicht in Köln sein werde, suche ich jemanden, der in diesen Monaten ein Zimmer haben möchte.
Meine Wohnung ist in der Gegend von Kalk Kapelle, nur wenige Meter von der U-Bahn.
Die Wohnung hat ein sehr helles Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer (eine wo mein Mitbewohner wohnt, voll nett), ein Badezimmer und ein WC.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und die Balkon auch.
Ich würde 600€ für jeden Monat + Kaution verlangen und ich würde es gerne im Voraus erhalten, wenn möglich (um sicherzustellen, dass die Person die zwei Monate bleiben wird).
Mein Zimmer hat ein Bett, Kleiderschrank, zwei Nachttische, Kommode, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Bücherregal und einen großen Spiegel.
Pd: Wir sind beide Raucher, aber ich möchte nicht, dass im Zimmer geraucht wird.
Pd: Eine Anmeldung wäre nicht möglich, aber meine Vermieterin ist sich über alles im Klaren.
