My room is bright and spacious and gets the evening sun, so it is never too warm! I'm a huge fan of my cozy double bed that snugs in the corner of the room. I have a working desk and a small clothes rack that you can gladly use.
Cozy three-room apartment in the city, perfect for quick trips into the center or very close to the university. It is close to two beautiful parks, Innerer Grüngürtel and Volksgarten, plus many cafés, restaurants, and bars. It is also a five-minute walk to the university, and we have many different grocery stores and bakeries in the area. There is quick access (about a 5-minute walk) to the tram stations and a quick three-minute walk to Südbahnhof. For the most part, everything is around a five to ten-minute walk from the apartment, making it easy to get wherever and whatever you need quickly!
My lovely roommate, Taite, is 26-years old from Minnesota, USA and works as a caretaker. She has a very chill and welcoming energy!
All of the areas outside of my room are shared. So feel free to use our abundance of spices. We have a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, and bathtub - some of the highlights of our place! :D
I have towels and sheets already here that I will leave for you. Please introduce yourself and why you will be staying in my room. If you are coming with another person, please let me know and introduce them as well please. A maximum of two people can stay here.
