5er WG Zimmer mit Hund sucht MB ab 15.10.23

Das Haus in dem wir leben ist erst 7 Jahre alt und umfasst 4 WGs (18 Leute). Auch zwischen den WGs haben wir viel Kontakt und verstehen uns als kleine Community und Familie. Außerdem sind wir stolze Besitzer eines großen Gartens, der uns diesen Sommer mit einer Fülle an Obst und Gemüse beglücken konnte (und nächsten hoffentlich noch mehr!!). Im Sommer ist unser großer Vorhof Dreh- und Angelpunkt für kurze Gespräche und ewiges, ungezwungenes Rumgehänge. Fühlt sich bisschen wie Urlaub an!
Wir wohnen in Kalk/Höhenberg. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Edeka, Penny und Norma. Die
nächste Ubahn-Station ist 3 Fußminuten entfernt (Höhenberg Fuldaer Str.) und das blühende und authentische multi-kulti Leben des unterschätzten Stadteils Kalk ist 3 Radminuten oder 10 Fußminuten oder 1 Ubahn-Station entfernt. Außerdem ist das nächste und sehr gute Fitnessstudiu (xtrafit) nur 4 Fahrradminuten entfernt.

Distanzen:
Uni: 25min Fahrrad; 10min Fußweg entfernt hält die 9, die dich direkt zur Uni in 20Minuten bringt.
Sonst muss man einmal umsteigen. Zur TH braucht man mit dem Rad und mit der Bahn ca. 10
Minuten.
Stadtkern: Ist direkt mit der Linie 1 erreichbar (Heumarkt 15min Fahrt). Die 1 fährt einmal gerade aus
durch die Stadt, sodass man von unserer Ubahn-Station die meisten Dinge ohne umsteigen erreichen
kann. Mit dem Rad braucht man ca. 20min bis zum Stadtkern.
Aus Erfahrung empfiehlt es sich, viele Strecken mit dem Rad zu bewältigen.

The house we live in is only 7 years old and includes 4 shared flats (18 people). Even between the WGs we have a lot of contact and see ourselves as a small community and family. We are also the proud owners of a large garden that we hope will shine with an abundance of fruits and vegetables this summer. In the summer, our large front yard is a hub for short conversations and perpetual casual hanging out. Feels a bit like a vacation, but in really good!
We live in Kalk/Höhenberg. On the doorstep is an Edeka, Penny and Norma. The
nearest subway station is 3 minutes walk away (Höhenberg Fuldaer Str.) and the thriving multi-culti life of the (vastly) underrated district Kalk is 3 minutes by bike or 10 minutes walk or 1 subway station away. Also, the nearest and very good gym (xtrafit) is only 4 minutes away by bike.
Kalk is one of the most honest and authentic parts of town, with many great stores.
Distances:
Uni: 25min bike; 10min walk away stops the 9, which takes you directly to the university in 20min.

Zunächst mal ein paar Worte über uns:
Lara (28) ist mit 6 Jahren unsere langjährigste Mitbewohnerin. Sie ist Physiotherapeutin und unersättliche Sportlerin, Robin (28) arbeitet im Bereich Mathematik, ist Naturfreund und hat seinen zwei Jahre alten Australian Shepherd Sammy in unsere WG mitgebracht. Ein zweiter Robin (25) arbeitet im Bereich IT-Security und studiert aktuell noch Mechatronik. Michelle (25) studiert Bauingenieurwesen.
Leider ziehen Robin und Lara gegen Ende des Jahres nach einer langen Ära ebenfalls aus, sodass dann noch zwei weitere Zimmer zu vergeben sind und wir die WG komplett neu ausrichten können!

Some words about us:
Lara (28) is our longest-standing roommate with 6 years. She is a physiotherapist and voracious athlete, Robin (28) works in the field of mathematics, is a nature lover and has brought his two-year-old Australian Shepherd Sammy to our WG. A second Robin (25) works in IT security and is currently still studying mechatronics and Michelle (25), she is studying civil engineering.
Unfortunately Robin and Lara are also moving out towards the end of the year, so there will be two more rooms to give away then.

Wir führen ein sehr aktives und liebevolles Miteinander. Um täglichen Kontakt kommt man kaum
herum. Kochabende, gemeinsames Ausgehen, feiern und viel Sport steht auf der Tagesordnung. Wir pflegen eine sehr offene Austauschkultur, sodass jeder Charakter die Möglichkeit hat, seinen/ihren Fußabdruck in der WG zu etablieren und sich dadurch wohlzufühlen. Bitte platziere in deiner Anfrage die Code-Phrase "ich hab bock auf die einzige Ene klene WG", sodass wir wissen, dass du auch alles gelesen hast :-). Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht oder sich zurückziehen möchte, wird das natürlich immer respektiert. Auch wenn einem etwas nicht passt, ist es bei uns angebracht und wichtig, die Punkte anzusprechen und der Rest der WG wird dies in jedem Fall respektieren. Wir sind eine durchschnittlich saubere WG, die Wert auf gesundes, zum Teil auch vegetarisches Essen legt. Dies zelebrieren wir sehr (sehr) oft bei gemeinsamen Abendessen in einer der 4 WGs im Haus. Essen ist auf jeden Fall eine Passion des Hauses!

We lead a very active and loving togetherness. You can hardly get around daily contact
around. Cooking evenings , going out together, celebrating techno and a lot of sports is on the agenda. We maintain a very open exchange culture, so that each character has the opportunity to establish his/her footprint in the WG and thus feel comfortable. Please integrate the phrase:" i'm looking forward for the next monday evening kitchen rave" into your request. So we can see who did not read our text :-) If you need your peace and quiet or want to withdraw, that is of course also respected. Even if one does not like something, it is appropriate and important with us to address the points and the rest of the WG will respect this in any case. We are an above average clean WG, almost all live vegetarian and all enjoy an extremely healthy lifestyle, well, almost at least ;)
