Hi everyone,
I am leaving my current apartment because I received a spot in a KSWT dorm right next to my uni.
There’s one bedroom in a 2 room apartment in Osteim that’s available starting January 1, 2024. The apartment has a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, wintergarden, and a front/back lawn. It comes fully furnished and has a washing machine/dryer combo. Anmeldung is possible. Internet, electricty, gas, and the broadcasting fee are split among the 3 roommates and make up the 78€ listed above.
The location is really convenient. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Ostheim U-bahn (line 9). There are grocery stores (Rewe, Aldi, Penny, and Karadag) within 5-10 minutes. Tours in person and online are available. Please write a short introduction about yourself if interested.
You’d be living with Hazmi and Valeria. Both master’s students who are currently taking a break to work. They are super friendly and inviting. Val’s cat, Lotus, also lives in the apartment. He’s very friendly and loves to be pet.
We have set up a cleaning schedule for the bathroom but otherwise just clean up after ourselves and that has worked well. Smoking is allowed outside and in the wintergarden.
