Hallöle, I rent my beautiful room at the student residence with a heavy heart for 5 months because I am a semester abroad.
With the time period, I would also be more flexible in the back, if necessary, 2-4 weeks, but we can still explain this spontaneously.
Important: As this is an apartment of the Studierendenwerk, you must unfortunately be a student at one of the state universities in Cologne. Or be in Cologne for a student reason.
The room is nicely bright, cozy and furnished. Since I'm only moved this year and the furniture is new, I'm looking for someone who's tidy with the things 🌞
All additional costs are included in the rent, only GEZ would be added monthly.
Hallöle, ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim schweren Herzens für 5 Monate unter, weil ich im Auslandssemester bin.
Mit dem Zeitraum wäre ich sonst auch ggf. hintenraus 2-4 Wochen flexibler, aber das können wir ja noch klärt sich spontan.
Wichtig: Da es sich um eine Wohnung des Studierendenwerks handelt, muss du leider Studentin an einer der staatlichen Kölner Hochschulen sein. Oder aus einem studentischen Grund in Köln sein.
Das Zimmer ist schön hell, gemütlich und wird möbliert vermietet. Da ich erst dieses Jahr eingezogen bin und die Möbel neu sind, suche ich jemanden der ordentlich mit den Sachen umgeht 🌞
In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten, nur GEZ würde noch monatlich dazukommen.
You will live in the beautiful Sülz (on the border with Lindenthal). The situation can hardly be better. In 5 minutes you will be on lines 9 and 13, which will take you to Ehrenfeld and downtown. The university can be reached on foot within 10 minutes and also by bike you are there in 5 minutes. Shops, the university clinic, cafes and restaurants are all nearby. ☀️
Du wirst im wünderschönen Sülz (an der Grenze zu Lindenthal) wohnen. Besser kann die Lage kaum sein. In 5 Minuten bist du an den Linien 9 und 13, die dich nach Ehrenfeld und in die Innenstadt bringen. Die Uni erreichst zu zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten und auch mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5 Minuten da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Uniklinik, Cafes und Restaurants ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.☀️
You'd live with Luna and Marta. The 2 are students, super sweet and relaxed and always have for a WG activity, but it can also of course have everyone's rest :)
Since the apartment is in a student residence, you can also make good contacts.
In addition, we give a lot of attention to cleanliness and order and therefore of course we also wish you. If this also belongs to you for feeling well, please feel free! 🫶🏼
Du würdest mit Luna und Marta zusammen wohnen. Die 2 sind Studentinnen, super lieb und entspannt und immer für eine WG-Activity zu haben , es kann aber auch natürlich jeder seine Ruhe haben :)
Da die Wohnung in einem Studentenwohnheim ist, kann man auch gut Kontakte knüpfen.
Zudem geben wir sehr acht auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung und wünschen uns das deswegen natürlich auch von dir. Wenn für dich das auch zum Wohlfühlen dazugehört, meld dich gerne! 🫶🏼
