Das Zimmer ist nicht rieisg, hat aber alles was man braucht und ist sehr gemütlich. Ein Plus ist, dass das Zimmer zum Innenhof geht, dadurch sind das Einzige was man hört die Vögelchen und es bleibt auch im Hochsommer schön kühl
Die Lage ist Klasse, man wohnt nicht direkt im Trubel, ist aber innerhalb von 10 Minuten in Ehrenfeld oder in der Innenstadt, die 13 und 9 halten nämlich direkt vor der Haustür.
Es gibt schöne Parks in der Nähe, der Beethovenpark lädt im Sommer zum Grillen, Spazieren und Sporteln ein und auch die Uniklinik ist ganz in der Nähe.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind super herzlich und wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander (natürlich nur, wenn man Lust drauf hat :)).
Die beiden studieren auch und sind gern unterwegs.
Schreib mir gern wenn du noch Fragen hast :) Das Einzugsdatum ist auch etwas flexibel falls du früher kommen oder später gehen musst. Kaution sind 500€
