Our WG is quite quiet, yet it is well connected to the Öffi network. At the 16 you walk only 5 min on foot and are then in about 10 min at the Cologne Hbf. There is also a bus and the 12 and 15 are nearby.
To relax, you can go to the Niehler beach in a few minutes or to one of the parks. Ideal for the summer, however, is our cozy balcony, on which we can enjoy breakfast together on weekends.

Unsere WG ist recht ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist sie gut an das Öffi-Netz angebunden. Zur 16 geht man nur 5 min zu Fuß und ist damit dann in ca. 10 min am Kölner Hbf. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Bus und die 12 und 15 sind in näherer Umgebung.
Zum Entspannen kann man in wenigen Minuten an den Niehler Strand gehen oder in einen der Parks. Optimal für den Sommer eignet sich jedoch unser gemütlicher Balkon, auf dem wir am Wochenende auch gerne mal zusammen frühstücken.

We are Hanne (30), Philip (31) and Alex (31),
Three open-minded, communicative, warm and young people await you.
Unfortunately, I (Frieda) are moving now, as my studies in the south of Cologne are taking place and this takes too much time with the Öffis :D.

We are all three to have for any deed! However, we focus on continuing vocational education and training under the week. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited under the week according to roommate agreement :P
On weekends, but it should be in measure.

Now to us.

Philip has had a new job as a washman since August and has really fun to get his first salary. Sometimes we also benefit from it. Otherwise he likes to swim in sports (gym, martial arts, yoga) where he also likes to take you.

Alex is an independent project developer in the real estate industry and makes Crossfit. He's on the go for a long time in the evening, but at dinner he's always open for a conversation. He also likes to listen to you if you want to leave over his day :).

Hanne is a computerist at Miele and works most of the time at home office. Otherwise you can find them several times a week in Boulderhallen, on the Gravelbike, in cafes and in summer at the Spikeball play with beer in the park.

Putzplan, yes, we also have to address the issue, is in a steady state. Unfortunately, it does not work without order and therefore you should also bring a basic amount of cleanliness. With the cleaning plan checklist, it is also not a problem. Once a week one is cleaning, you'll be there once a month.

Hallo zukünftige Mitbewohnerin,

Wir sind Hanne (30), Philip (31) und Alex (31),
dich erwarten drei aufgeschlossene, kommunikative, herzliche und junge Menschen.
Ich (Frieda) ziehe jetzt leider um, da sich mein Studium im Süden Kölns abspielt und das zu viel Zeit mit den Öffis in Anspruch nimmt :D.

Wir sind alle drei für jegliche Schandtat zu haben! Allerdings steht bei uns das Weiterkommen im Beruf und Studium unter der Woche im Fokus. Partys sind deshalb unter der Woche laut Mitbewohnervereinbarung strengstens untersagt :P
Am Wochenende gerne, aber es sollte sich in Maßen halten.

Nun zu uns.

Philip hat seit August ein neuen Job als waschechter Angestellter und hat richtig spaß daran sein erstes Gehalt zu verballern. Manchmal profitieren wir auch davon ;). Sonst ist er gerne beim Sport (Gym, Kampfsport, Yoga, schwimmen) wo er dich auch sehr gerne mal mitnimmt.

Alex ist selbständiger Projektentwickler in der Immobilienbranche und macht Crossfit. Er ist Abends oft lange unterwegs, aber beim Abendessen dann immer für ein Gespräch offen. Er hört einem auch gerne zu, wenn man sich über seinen Tag auslassen möchte :).

Hanne ist Computerlinguistin bei Miele und arbeite die meiste Zeit im Homeoffice. Ansonsten findet man sie mehrmals die Woche in Boulderhallen, auf dem Gravelbike, in Cafés und im Sommer beim Spikeball spielen mit Bier im Park.

Putzplan, ja das Thema müssen wir auch ansprechen, ist bei uns im festen Takt. Ohne Ordnung läuft es leider nicht und deshalb solltest du auch ein Grundmaß an Sauberkeit mitbringen. Mit der Putzplan-Checkliste ist es aber auch kein Problem. Da einmal die Woche einer putzt, ist man auch nur einmal im Monat dran.

We are all not smokers and enjoy the smoke-free WG.
We also don't have pets and would like to leave this.
The most important devices are in the house: dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, sandwich maker, soda stream, vacuum cleaner, etc.
WG addiction says I have to write 50 words here, but I don't care about anything else.

Wir sind zurzeit alle keine Raucher und geniessen die rauchfreie WG.
Wir haben auch keine Haustiere und würden das auch gerne so belassen.
Die wichtigsten Geräte sind im Haus: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Sandwich maker, Soda Stream, Staubsauger, etc.
WG-Gesucht sagt ich muss hier 50 Wörter schreiben, aber mir fällt nichts besonderes zu Sonstiges mehr ein.
