approx. 11 square meters, rectangular cut, floor depth window – even in winter beautifully bright.

The apartment:
very central but quiet location in lime. A total of 126 sqm with a lot of common space:
•31 sqm kitchen with floor depth windows & balcony (10 sqm)
•2 bathrooms (shower & bathtub)
•large hall + rump chamber as storage space
• Bicycle parking available
Accessibility:
wide doors (80–90 cm), stepless shower, elevator. To the balcony there is a 20 cm high
