I rent my room in July and August, as I leave the WG and introduce someone new to 01.09. If necessary, the 10.07. would also be earlier, we could just discuss it again. Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Juli und August, da ich die WG verlasse und zum 01.09. jemand neues einzieht. Einzug wäre der 10.07. ggf auch früher, könnten wir einfach nochmal besprechen. Das Zimmer wäre teilmöbliert. Also Bett bleibt auf jeden Fall da. Den Rest könnten wir noch besprechen, da bin ich mir selbst grad noch nicht so sicher. Die Angegebene Kaltmiete ist die Miete Inklusive Strom, Gez, Internet, also kommt nichts mehr dazu. (Konnte nur keine Warmmiete angeben.) Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und hat einen, wie ich finde, besonderen Schnitt und schönen Sonneneinfall. Der Blick geht raus in die Bäume, wo man gut Vögel beobachten kann zum entspannen.
Die geräumige Küche lädt zu ausgiebigen Kochsessions oder Spieleabenden ein.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und Fenster! 😁
