Es handelt sich um ein 15 qm großes Zimmer mit großen Fenstern und Zugang zu einem Balkon/Garten. Im Sommer ist es schön hell. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden, außerdem haben wir ein Wohnzimmer :)
Die Wohnung ist in der Südstadt, an der Grenze zur Innenstadt. Bahnanbindungen sind perfekt. Linien 16,18,14,3,4,12,15 alle innerhalb von 6 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Supermärkte gibt es auch in der Umgebung.
Außerdem ist die Lage super ruhig, man kann entspannt mit offenem Fenster schlafen und hört die Vögel morgens zwitschern :)
In der Wohnung lebt außerdem Liza, sie studiert Lehramt, ist sehr umgänglich und freut sich über eine Zwischenmiete.
