Your new home is in beautiful Nippes in the middle of the Neusser Str / Gürtel station - here you would live together with Lisa (29) and Isabella (27). Lisa is a designer and Isabella is doing her master thesis in plant genetics. We all live together calmly and happily and sometimes share a beer and dinner together but are also pretty busy getting on with our own stuff! We both like techno :D
One important thing is that Isabella doesn't speak much German as she is from England, so English is our main language. This is important to keep everyone feeling included so you must be OK with speaking English around the house. We clean once a week on a cleaning rota of the shared spaces, and it's important not to leave dirty plates lying around etc as the kitchen is not huge so we like to keep surfaces clean and clear etc ;D. We are respectful with noise and do not play loud music late at night and we keep an open conversation if something is bothering us to be able to say it and talk about it. Tell us a bit about yourself with "Nippes rules" as your first sentence hehe. There will be a sofa, wardrobe and TV table that can be taken over.
Your room is the largest of all, 27 square meters and your own balcony with afternoon and evening sun (great sunset !!!) leaves nothing to be desired. You must be working or have a guarantor from your parents/guardian.
The apartment has 3 rooms, a beautiful modern kitchen and a daylight bathroom with bathtub and two balconies (the other two rooms share one).
I'm moving back to my family, otherwise nothing would lure me away, because you can quickly feel comfortable here :)
Die Wohnung liegt fantastisch - ein Aldi direkt hinter dem Haus und ein Kiosk über der Straße. Die Linien 15, 12 und 13 fahren direkt vor der Tür ab, sowie diverse Buslinien (121, 140, 147) .
Kannst also sowohl zur Uni als auch zur TH direkt vor der Tür fahren und sogar Pendeln ins Umland ist über Mühlheim oder Hbf kein großes Ding.
Die Neusser Straße bietet eine Vielzahl an Bars, Kneipen, Restaurants und Cafés (was hoffentlich auch bald wieder genutzt werden kann). Auch alle anderen wichtigen Anlaufstellen, wie Post, Ärzte etc. sind quasi vor der Haustür.
Ruckzuck ist man zudem in verschiedenen Parks zum Ausspannen im Grünen.
We are Isabella (27) and Lisa (29). Isabella does her Master in Bioscience and likes to do yoga and go out with friends to techno parties etc. Lisa works as a designer at an agency, is into gaming, boxing and cooking. We get on together and have a peaceful dynamic where we have our lives and enjoy the time when we get to spend time over a cup of tea or a glass of wine🍷
We are looking for someone sweet and calm who is respectful and mature : )
We like yummy food, being kind to each other and chat about silly things :D

WICHTIG: Die Vermieter erwarten einen Einkommensnachweis/Nachweis über einen Arbeitsvertrag oder eine Elternbürgschaft.
Abschläge:
Für die sehr gute Küche mit Spülmaschine, Einbaumikrowelle & Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner fällt ein Abschlag in Höhe von 300€ an.
Gerne würde ich auch das Sofa und den Fernsehtisch im Zimmer lassen, für beides zusammen veranschlage ich 30€.
Die Palletten auf dem Balkon überlasse ich dir gerne umsonst, das zugehörige Kissen gibt es für 10€ dazu.
Zur Monatsmiete kommen noch GEZ und Internet (um die 10€) dazu, alles andere ist von der Warmmiete abgedeckt.
Besichtigungen werden wir sowohl vor Ort (sofern erlaubt und möglich), als auch über Zoom etc. anbieten.
Die Anfragen bearbeiten wir kommendes Wochenende. Wir hoffen auf alle Anfragen antworten zu können, erfahrungsgemäß sprengt das aber schnell die Kapazitäten, bitte entschuldigt, falls ihr keine Rückmeldung bekommt.
