die 110 qm grosse Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen mit Balkon und Blick auf den Rhein.

Waschmaschine und eigenem Bad...
On top gibt es gratis einen monatlichen Putzservice. WLAN gibt s natürlich
auch.
Sürth ist der südlichste Stadtteil von Köln. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Sürth,
Bushaltestelle gegenüber, so wie Post, 2 Cafes, Buchladen, Bäcker, Restaurants,
Supermarkt.
Die Haltestelle der Linie 16 ist nur 3 min zu Fuss entfernt. Alle 10 minuten
geht ein Zug nach Köln, alle 20 minuten ein Zug nach Bonn. Rodenkirchen ist
nur 5 Minuten mit der Bahn.
ich suche Mitbewohner/in, mit der/dem man auch gerne zusammenkochen und essen kann.
Alles weitere sollte sich spontan ergeben, ich bin kein Freund von durchorganisiertem
WG Leben, da relativ viel beruflich unterwegs.
