A downer at first, but important to know: The 2 available rooms are unfurnished! However, kitchen, bathroom and living room are fully equipped incl dishwasher and washing machine!
Now, lets start: We are looking for people who care about the apartment they live in, the people they live with and not just find a bed to lay their heads at night! Show that you care because we dooooo!
Currently it’s Conny and Kilian living here. I am Conny and I am commuting (pendeln ;) ) to Mainz for work. Kilian is going to move out in the end of February. Therefore we both are going to move out in the end of April but need roommates until then.
I am a sport psychologist and since I am commuting and moving out plus going to be on a longer vacation (March 3rd - 24th) the flat is going to be free from end of February until end of April more or less. Quite a complicated process, but in short, we are looking for:
1 roommate from 01.02.2023 on, until 30.04.2023 and/or 2 roommates from 01.03.2023 on, until 30.04.2023. If you got questions we surly will explain it to you again :)
Even though, at the moment we are transitioning from a student-WG to a working-WG, we love to have a family-like atmosphere in our apartment.
Again, because it's important: The available rooms are unfurnished!
Your new home is in Köln Kalk. The new upcoming, trendy, hipster, fashionable, livable and loveable district of Cologne!
- 2 min walk to Köln Arcaden (10 min ride to the airport, 5 min ride to central station)
- 3 min walk to Kalk Post stop 🚊 (9 min ride to the city center)
- 8 min walk to Trimbornstraße 🚊 (12 min ride to the Cologne Airport)
This is a place where you can come home and have a beer 🍻 or a mario cart party or tacoooo tuuuesday, watch a movie, and on the weekends if we’re lucky, go exploring together 🐾. The perfect weekend looks like: Party hardy on Friday and if not, relax hard to go on a run Saturday morning. Afternoon, hopefully Bundesliga is on and we gonna go out if that didn’t happen on Friday already. Sunday Weißwurstfrühstück - just kidding, noooot?! We live 94% vegetarian - but can’t deny Grandma’s Christmas turkey:)
We love all kind of sports like bouldering, climbing, surfing, running and skiing, snowboarding but soccer is king.
Overall we love to joke, laugh and relax as well. This home is supposed to be a welcoming space.
