Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung und ca. 13 qm groß die Gesamtmiete beträgt 500€ pro Monat. Es liegt nach hinten raus, so dass man von der belebten Straße nichts hört und es sehr ruhig ist. Ich würde das Zimmer möbliert vermieten, so dass eigentlich alle Möbel da sind die man braucht. Ich vermiete von Mitte Februar bis Mitte März, da ich im Ausland bin :)
Da die Wohnung direkt auf der Zülpicher Straße liegt, ist im Viertel eigentlich immer was los. Eigentlich erreicht man alle notwendigen Dinge zu Fuß, aber auch die Straßenbahnlinie 9 und der Südbahnhof sind direkt vor der Tür und auch andere Bahn- und Buslinien sind fußläufig zuerreichen. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke und auch Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und an Kiosks fehlt er der Nachbarschaft aufjeden Fall auch nicht :D
Du würdest mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Diana zusammen leben. Sie ist 26 und arbeitet als Sozialarbeiterin und evtl. bald auch als Yogalehrerin und ist immer offen für Neues. Wenn du Interesse hast schreib uns gerne :)
