Schönes Zimmer mit Fensterfront und gemütlicher Fensterbank, evt würde ich mein neues weisses Ikea Bett mitverkaufen wollen!
Die Südstadt ist voll mit Cafes, Restaurants und Bars (gebe gerne auch ein paar Tipps), der Volksgarten, sowie der Rhein sind in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar! Aktuell werden die letzten Renovierungsarbeiten (sollen bis September abgeschlossen werden) gemacht, sodass die das Gebäude komplett neu ist, wenn du einziehst.
Apropos Öffis:
Sehr nah am Chlodwigplatz, da hast du Anschluss zur U15 und U16, sowie diversen Bussen
Ich wohne mir meiner super netten Mitbewohnerin Emilia in einer Zweier WG. Falls es bei uns beiden rein passt, kochen wir zusammen oder sitzen einfach in der Küche und quatschen.
Ausserdem hat unsere WG einen Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof raus. Neben der Spühlmaschine in der Küche, gibt es auch einen Keller und eine Waschküche!
Noch eine kleine Info zum Preis, aktuell zahlen wir 585€ an die Vermieter und circa 50€ für Strom, WLAN etc, das ganze wird aber irgendwann (kann auch noch dauern) auf 695€ plus die 50€ angehoben… Wir wissen, dass das sehr viel Geld ist, wir zahlen es ja selber :(( bitte schreibt aber nur, wenn euch das klar ist und ihr bereit wärt das zu zahlen!
