Wegen der bevorstehenden Praxissemester werde ich in Aachen umziehen. Aus diesem Grund werde ich mein Haus vorübergehend für 6 Monaten mieten. Das Haus kann als vorübergehender Ort genutzt werden, während du nach einer festen Wohnung in Köln suchst.
Das Zimmer (EZ in 4-Zi-Wo; Küche, 2 Bäder) ist möbliert (Bett,Schrank,tisch,teppich) , 15,13qm groß mit einer anteiligen Wohnfläche von 26,4qm. Es ist zweifellos geräumig und sehr komfortabel zu leben.
Zweck-WG (fast nie gemeinsame Aktivitäten). Jede macht seine eigene Sache. Was wichtig ist, du haltest immer die Sauberkeit und zumindest einmal pro Monat die Wohnung reinigen.
WLan ist auf jeden Fall vorhanden (10 mbps). Kann man aber bis 50mbps aufrüsten.

Due to upcomming internship i am going to Aachen. because of that i am going to temporarily rent my house for almost 6 months. The house can be use as a temporarily place while you search for a new house in Köln. Finding a house can be very difficult and i am also willing to help you find your new/first house in Köln.
The Room is an individual room, with a kitchen, 2 toiletts and 3 other rooms for the other housemate. The size is of your room is 15,13qm with sharing house space(kitchen and toilett) 26,4qm. it is without a doubt spacious and very comfortable to lives in.
das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe von Haltestelle technische hochschule Köln mit linie 1/9. 20 minuten mit bahn zum Neumarkt und 20 Minuten zum Fuß von Messe Deutz Hbf. Netto und lidl befinden sich auch insgesamt 10 Minuten zum Fuß. ein großes Park liegt auch in der Nähe.

The house is located nearby Technische Hochschule Köln tramstation (line 1 and 9) and bus stop. with the tram you can go easily to Neumarkt and Messe Deutz main trainstation. Netto and Lidl Supermarket is also nearby.
Ich suche nicht raucher und jemand, der großen Wert auf hygiene legt. Außerdem ist es eine Studenten-Wg und die Mitbewohner wird dich auf jeden fall nicht zerstört, so lange du dein Anteil der Reinigungsplan der Wohnung teilnimmst. Die Mitbewohner kommen aus Marokko und Ungarn. Sie sind auf jeden Fall sehr nett und hilfreich, falls du noch Frage hast, während du in Köln lebst.

I am searching for non smoking and hygiene person. Moreover it is a student-house and the housemate wont dirturb you as long as you took part in the cleaning plan of the house. That means you need to always keep the house surrounding clean. They come from Morocco and Hungary. They are kind and very helpful, if you need any help during your stay.
