Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in Königs Wusterhausen modernes Wohngebiet und ist gut mit dem ÖPNV vom Bahnhof Königs Wusterhausen oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haus. Zu Fuß bis zum Bahnhof in ca.15-20 Minuten, per Bus 8 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Kaufland etc. sind umliegend zu Fusß erreichbar. Wir richten uns an eine Person aus dem Umfeld von: Lehramt, Airline, Luftfahrt, Studenten /innen, Wochenendheimfahrer/innen oder auch soziale Dienste. Die Person sollte ein Sinn für Sauberkeit und Ordnung haben.
Haustiere nicht erwünscht , Rauchen gestattet nur auf dem Balkon. Im Warmmietpreis ist Internet, Flat Phone Festnetz Deutschlandweit, Küche, Waschmaschine, Bad und Wohnzimmerbenutzung. 2 Monate Mietkaution erwünscht.
