We offer:

Three cozy WG rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining area and a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine; a tumble dryer is also purchased at short notice.

In our apartment you will find soundproof room doors and windows that have been deliberately integrated to ensure a quiet living environment.

Behind the house is a small courtyard, which can be used as a bicycle parking place and for rest. There is a seat.

The apartment is centrally located with good access to public transport and numerous shopping facilities.

Thanks to the excellent location, you can also reach the forest on the vineyard and the picturesque Rhine in a few minutes – ideal for cycling tours, relaxing walks or sporty walking tours.

The rental price is 450-550 €/month (incl. additional costs), depending on the size of the room.

We are looking for three open-minded, considerate, and reliable flatmates who are interested in enjoying a relaxed everyday life in a harmonious shared flat.
