Wir, suchen einen Nachmieter für ein schönes, helles Zimmer in unserer WG im 3. Stock eines Altbaus inmitten der Konstanzer Altstadt. Das Zimmer kostet 550 Euro plus 50 Euro Nebenkosten. Strom, WLAN, Rundfunk und Müllgebühren teilen wir durch 3. Es gibt eine große, gemeinsame Küche sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und ein extra WC. Die Wohnung besitzt eine eigene Waschmaschine. Wir haben ebenfalls eine tolle Dachterrasse, auf der wir gerne gemeinsam sitzen und den Abend genießen.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum mit etlichen Bars sowie Restaurants direkt ums Eck. Die Bushaltestelle Bodanplatz befindet sich nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt mit direkter Anbindung der Buslinie 9b zur Universität. Edeka, Lidl und das große Lago Shopping Center sind fußläufig in maximal 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
